 I am a Senior Human Resources Strategist & Career Development Business Founder, with over 15+ years of comprehensive human resources advisory & client-focused business experience at premier Wall Street financial institutions including top US bank JPMorgan Chase & global Investment Bank Rothschild. 

Most recently in 2017, I founded Jessica Warta Career Coaching, leveraging my passion for 1-on-1 career development, client relationship-building, recruiting & training expertise as a trusted career advisor & personal brand-building expert to clients at every stage of their career. My holistic approach encompasses collaborating with each client to identify, align, translate and quantify value-added industry-specific success metrics & personal accomplishments into premier personal marketing tools including: Resumes, LinkedIn profiles, Cover letters, Professional Biographies and comprehensive Behavioral Interview preparation services. 

Prior to building my career coaching business, I held various Senior Human Resources Recruiting, Training & Development posts at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as HR Director of US Corporate Finance Campus Programs in 2013.  In this role, I directed the end-to-end design, development & delivery of the US Human Resources Recruiting & Training strategy for the Finance campus programs encompassing the full-cycle talent management & development of 150+ MBA & Analyst US hires.  

In 2003 I began my Financial Services career on Wall Street as an Investment Banking Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) analyst for leading international boutique investment bank Rothschild and later transitioned into an Equity & Fixed Income Research Associate role for CRT Capital Holdings, effectively maintaining research coverage on 15 companies in the Gaming & Airline industries.  

My lifetime passion for physical fitness encompassing collegiate soccer, long-distance running and pilates-training align with recent consulting roles as HR Consultant, Director of Business Development & Group Fitness instructor for Corefire, the award-winning megaformer-based strength-training studios located in Ridgewood & Montclair, NJ.  

Notably, I attained my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School in 2009 and graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a double major in Economics & Psychology in 2003.  I reside in Ridgewood, NJ with my husband & two elementary age children, Madeline & Redmond, and enjoy volunteering in leadership positions at our church, traveling, megaformer-based strength-training and coaching our children's respective soccer teams.
